Here’s how it works:

Patron fetches a queue number.
Patrons input their mobile number and pre-orders on the machine.
Current queue Status will be displayed on monitor.
- Patrons can leave the premises, go for some shopping or wait elsewhere with a peace of mind
- Patrons can wait and view at the TV screen for their queue status
- An SMS is automatically sent to the patron’s phone when it is about his turn
- Staff will confirm his pre-order and kitchen will start cooking
